ARP S.A. is a state-owned company operating within the framework of the Polish Development Fund Group (PFR). Polish Investment and Trade Agency
The mission of the Polish Investment and Trade Agency (PAIH) is to increase the inflow of foreign direct investments to the country as well as the range and dynamics of internationalization of Polish enterprises. PAIH operates both in Poland and through Foreign Trade Offices (ZBH). It offers quick access to comprehensive information on the economic and legal environment of business projects. It also helps in overcoming administrative procedures for specific projects, developing legal solutions, finding the right location as well as reliable partners and suppliers. PAIH also provides access to financial instruments, including insurance offered by institutions associated in the Polish Development Fund (PFR) Group.
Polish Agency for Enterprise Development
The Polish Agency for Enterprise Development (PARP) is a government agency reporting to the minister in charge of the economy. It was established under the Act of November 9, 2000. The task of the Agency is to manage funds from the state budget and the European Union intended to support entrepreneurship and innovation, and the development of human resources.

NASK
NASK is the National Research Institute supervised by the Chancellery of the Prime Minister. The key field of NASK’s activity are activities related to ensuring Internet security. Reacting to network security incidents is handled by the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Center, in which the CERT Polska team operates. The Act on the national cybersecurity system designated NASK PIB as one of the three national level CSIRTs (CSIRT MON, CSIRT ABW, CSIRT NASK). NASK conducts research and development activities in the field of developing solutions that increase the efficiency, reliability and security of ICT networks and other complex network systems. Research on biometric methods of identity verification in service security plays an important role. It is also a member of CENTR – an association of national domain registries in Europe. He closely cooperates with the organization coordinating the functioning of the global Internet ICANN.
